Feeling Anxious & Unmotivated?
Have you been feeling anxious, down, and not very inspired or motivated? You’re not alone, and it’s more common than you might think.
These aren’t very inspiring times, so stop thinking that something is wrong with you.
I’m not saying that there aren’t a lot of motivated and inspired people out there, I’m simply saying that these aren’t necessarily inspiring times we’re living in; actually it’s quite the opposite.
If you’re looking for a way of being, knowing that these aren’t inspiring times, you can first start with understanding this, and stop beating yourself up for feeling this way.
Once you’ve established this, then your mind and body can begin to recognize that there isn’t something wrong because you’re feeling this way.
After you’ve settled that matter, then you can allow yourself the freedom to take action from this place, without the shame of needing to feel a certain way.
In order to shift or transform anything, we must begin with what’s true and present.
