No body, no transformation

If you’re someone who’s committed to transforming an aspect of your life, you must consider the body when doing it.

Even if someone is seeing a coach or therapist, people can often have difficulty making connections with certain feelings & emotions, or in connecting with many difficult experiences from their past.

All that you’ve come to learn, understand, & realize at the level of your consciousness, still must eventually be processed & integrated within the body in order for you to fully embody the knowledge.

Without that information moving from your mind down into your body, you may conceptually understand something, but will fail to integrate it into a knowing, or wisdom.

The emotional aspect of the body is where knowledge is converted to wisdom. Our emotions & nervous system have to connect with the learned information for it to be fully integrated.

For those of you who are looking for help in making mind-body connections, somatic techniques can help.

If you’ve been working with a therapist or another coach & have struggled to make connections with past trauma or certain emotions, working with me can act as an adjunct therapy or it can replace it altogether.
