The true you in 2022

It’s just as important to get resolved about what you won’t commit to this year, as it is to know what you will commit to.

More often than we’d like to admit, there are those things you swear up & down about that you’re committed to doing & yet you also find that you’re not taking any actions toward achieving them.

Constantly saying you’re going to do something & not doing it costs you in numerous ways, including lacking integrity. Instead, it’s just better to shift your commitment to something else.

There’s a big difference between being merely interested and being committed.

One who’s being merely interested does things only when they’re motivated, while all those who are committed to something, do those things regardless of how they feel. They do things regardless of whether they have the best equipment, the time, the energy or if the weather isn’t ideal; and most of all, they do those things regardless of how they feel.

New year, more truer version of you.
