New Year. New Adventure.

I’m pretty sure everyone has a similar viewpoint that life these days is quite the adventure. That’s probably the most optimistic word I can use to describe it considering all the upheaval.

While the nature of the adventures may vary, we never know how we’re going to feel when we’re on one - that’s what makes it an adventure.

The specifics of the challenge will be different for everyone, but we’re all being challenged these days, especially in the mental-emotional realm.

A multitude of techniques & expert's opinions for better living are being scrutinized for their efficacy. These challenging times have been the perfect opportunity to see who has the leading solutions for how to live more full and balanced lives; & that’s a good thing, because everyone is looking for what works & what doesn’t.

I don’t need to go into detail as to what makes these interesting times; it’s pretty self-evident.

People are either moving full-steam ahead, using the coping mechanisms that they already have in place, hoping it will be enough to see them through it all. This can look like: the need to be right, holding on stubbornly to pride, staying stuck in constant victimization regardless of the circumstances; & the list goes on. This method won’t work, because hope never works out that way.

On the other hand, some have become apathetic & resigned to all the things they have no control over, like: All things Covid & the associated shut downs/quarantines/vaccinations, the war in the Ukraine, woman’s rights to abortion being over-turned, the news & the distortion & manipulation of facts in order to create a specific narrative.

… OR, you’re part of the rare few who are taking the road less traveled & giving it your all to learn how to adapt, improvise & be committed to your personal growth, evolution, healing & development, despite all of it.

Regardless of the place you find yourself in, I wish for your to find your way.

I wish for you whatever element is needed for your adventure. Be it: a miracle, an angel, a voice of your own, a channeled voice to follow, a guide to lead your way, surrender, grit, the ability to draw boundaries, courage to forge a new path comments 👇
