Find people, including a coach or therapist, who have laser sharp feedback, so you can hear things about yourself that you never considered.

It takes courage to ask & receive reflections about things regarding the way we’re BEING that might have us feeling shame …

… but the only way to feel more love for oneself is to identify and transform our shame and alchemize it into love.
