A New Meaning to Medicine

Now more than ever I’m happily finding people’s increasing desire to connect with & excavate unwanted stuck energies, traumas & emotions held deep within their bodies.

They seem hip to the notion that people can & do collect and hold onto unhealthy energies within their bodies. & they also seem to know that if these unexcavated energies are not exorcised, they can cause all sorts of dis-ease.

People are utilizing different psychedelic “medicines” like: magic mushrooms, Ayahuasca, San Pedro, Ketamine & Kamba (frog venom.)

For others, we’ve joined the craze of ice plunges, where we submerge ourselves in cold to freezing temperatures in an ice bath, cold showers & lake plunges.

The number of methodologies we can deploy with which to rid ourselves of these unwanted energies are too many to count … however not all of them are created equal & they all have their place.

Included in those methodologies is the coaching style of work that I do, especially, the Māori healing body work portion that I’m partial to.

By design, it goes straight to the source our bodies stagnation & is able to locate the psychological & emotional component of our physical dysfunction & dis-ease.

I like that it helps people specifically learn to connect their physical bodies with their emotional selves. Most people have the two disconnected, however this is not a healthy way to go through life. We’ve simply grown more & more disconnected from our emotional & physical bodies that we’ve lost the ability.

I’m also partial to it because it doesn’t involve taking any medicine or otherwise, in order to achieve similar benefits & results. Not that I’m not open to other methods to achieve similar results, I’m just partial to working with the body in this natural way.

With some medicinal methods, we have to be careful of the poisons that the body takes in, as well as the various psychic energies that can come through the portals that go along with these various ceremonies.

Having said all that, I’m just happy to be seeing that people are hungry for natural healing remedies. I’m happy to see their hunger to connect with themselves & their bodies in all of these various ways.
